2. Product Specifications and Usage

ALCUBIZ is dedicated to providing high-precision metal materials for specific industrial scenarios, including Transformer Manufacturing, New Energy Vehicles (NEV), and Electronic Components.

• Quality Standards: Our products are manufactured using high-purity cathode copper (≥99.99%) and advanced ingot casting processes. While we strive for industry-leading precision (Oxygen content ≤5PPM for oxygen-free copper), customers must verify that the specifications meet their specific project requirements.
• Customization: We support customization of dimensions and performance parameters. Final specifications for custom orders will be confirmed via a separate Purchase Order or Technical Agreement.
• Suitability: The buyer is responsible for determining the suitability of our materials (e.g., copper foil for shielding vs. winding) for their intended application.

3. Orders and International Trade

As a foreign trade enterprise with a focus on markets in the Middle East, Europe, and globally, all international sales are subject to the agreed-upon Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW). Production lead times and delivery schedules are estimates based on our raw material supply chain stability and may be subject to force majeure events.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. The "ALCUBIZ" name, logo, and related product names are trademarks of our company. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from this site without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALCUBIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, resulting from the use of our products in downstream manufacturing (e.g., Transformers, IGBT modules) unless directly caused by a proven manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality assurance team.
